This poster is so colorful and fun! I know any 4th grader would love to see this hanging in a classroom! Great job! (I love the big pumpkin pie at the bottom, too)

I believe that showing students you are invested in the school itself is really important. Staying after school to work with students if they need help with classwork always shows you care enough to use your own time to help them. Also, I think going to school events (such as sporting events) but acting as a professional shows students and their families how much you care.
